These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 0nTask, the AI task management app operated by RocketOpp LLC (“0nTask”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
0nTask provides task management, app integrations, AI features, and automation tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
You agree not to misuse 0nTask — including by breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, sending spam, attempting to breach security, or using the service to build a competing product by scraping or reverse engineering it.
You retain ownership of the content you create in 0nTask. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you add and the third-party accounts you connect.
Paid plans and any free trial terms are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The Founders Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants Command-tier access for the lifetime of the service, subject to these Terms.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
When you connect third-party apps, your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim liability for their acts or omissions.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0nTask and RocketOpp LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using 0nTask at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post them here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
