0nTask is operated by RocketOpp LLC (“0nTask”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use our AI task management app and website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Account data — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
Content you create — tasks, projects, notes, brain dumps, and messages you enter into the app so we can provide the service.
Connected services — when you connect a third-party app (for example Google, Slack, or Stripe) through your 0nVault, we store the credentials you provide in encrypted form to perform the actions you request.
Usage & device data — log data, approximate location, browser type, and analytics events used to operate and improve the product.
We use your information to provide, secure, and improve 0nTask; to authenticate you; to run the tasks, automations, and integrations you request; to communicate with you about the service; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
To power features like AI Discussion and Brain Dump, the content you submit may be processed by our AI providers solely to generate your result. We do not permit that content to be used to train third-party foundation models.
We share data only with service providers that help us run 0nTask — such as hosting, database, payment, and analytics vendors — under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Connected-app credentials are encrypted at rest in your 0nVault. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service or comply with legal requirements. You can delete your content or account at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

0nTask is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
