Your 0n account
One login. And your brand comes with it.
A 0n account is one login that works across every 0n app — and it carries your brand, colours, logo and connected apps with it. Open a new 0n app and it is already set up, because it already knows all of that.
The short version
Most software makes you start from zero every time. New tool, new account, upload the logo again, pick the colours again, reconnect the CRM again. A 0n account means you do that once. Everything after that opens ready.
What actually travels with you
Your brand
Logo, colours, fonts and company details. A new app looks like yours before you touch it.
Your connected apps
Your CRM, Slack, Google, Stripe. Connect once and every 0n app can use them.
Your settings
Timezone, working hours, how you like things to run.
One place to revoke
Disconnect something once and it is disconnected everywhere.
Why Command asks for one
Command is the tier that reaches other systems — your CRM, your calendar, your inbox. Those connections have to live somewhere that every part of the product can reach safely, and that somewhere is your 0n account, not a copy of your keys inside each app.
So the account is not a hoop before the product. It is the thing that makes the product work across your business rather than inside one tab.
- One login for 0nTask, web0n, CRO9, social0n and everything that follows
- Your keys encrypted in the 0nVault, never duplicated per app
- No new password — sign in the way you already do
- Free. It is how the apps recognise you, not something you buy
Questions
What is a 0n account?
A 0n account is one login that works across every 0n app — 0nTask, web0n, CRO9, social0n and the rest. It also stores your brand settings and connected apps, so each new app you open is already set up rather than starting blank.
Why not just make an account for each app?
Because you would then set up your brand, reconnect your CRM and re-enter your logo every single time. One account means you do that once and every app inherits it.
Is this the same as signing in with Google?
It works the same way from your side — one click, no new password. The difference is what travels with it: a Google login proves who you are, a 0n account also carries your brand and your connected apps.
Do I need one to use 0nTask?
You need one to use Command and anything that reaches other apps, because that is where your connections live. The free tier of 0nTask works with a plain login.
Where are my connected apps stored?
In the 0nVault — encrypted at rest under your account. You connect a service once and every 0n app can use it without the key being copied anywhere.
Can I disconnect an app later?
Yes. Revoke it once in your vault and it is revoked everywhere, rather than having to remember which of five tools you connected it to.
Does it cost anything?
No. The account is free. It is how the apps recognise you, not a product.
